Australia Share Trading company directors, employees and consultants (including immediate family members) are not permitted to purchase or sell the Company's shares if they got material details that is not generally available to the market.

According to Australia share trading policy, data is generally considered material if it would be relevant to certain investor making a decision about purchasing or selling Company's shares, and would include:

    * Financial results
    * Projections of future earnings or losses
    * Project results
    * News of a pending agreement of a joint venture or disposition of a project
    * Dividend policy changes
    * Stock splits
    * New equity or placements and
    * Significant litigation exposure or major changes in senior management

On Australia share trading policy, Australia company's directors, employees and consultants are not permitted to trade their shares during black-out periods.
